桑茶はカルシウム、マグネシウム、鉄、亜鉛など健康や美容の維持にかかせない栄養素や食物繊維を含む健康茶です。

[お召し上がり方]

湯のみやティーカップに、桑パウダー小さじ半分（1g弱）を入れ、お湯（150～180mL）を注いでお飲みください。
冷水でも美味しくいただけます。
飲み終わると沈殿物が残りますが、ミネラルや食物繊維を含んでいますので、最後の一口まで美味しく召し上がってください。

パンやケーキなど、お菓子作りにもご利用いただけます。
分量の目安は、全材料の約2％位です。

　 粉末型桑茶除了60g包装外，还有为初次饮用的客人准备了25g的包装。 粉末型桑茶的饮用方法是，先用附在包装上的汤匙盛上满满的一勺，倒入约150ml的冷热水，搅拌均匀后饮用。
　 天热的时候，在500ml的保冷瓶中放入6勺左右的粉末型桑茶，摇晃均匀后再带在身上，喝的时候，要摇晃之后再喝，因为沉淀物含有丰富的矿物质和食物纤维。 粉末型桑茶是没有涩味的抹茶的风味。 即使用在料理和甜点上，也不过度，又能很好地控制卡路里热量。
