かつて養蚕の盛んだった青森県南地方の放置桑園を再生して育てた桑園から桑葉を採取。

農薬と化学肥料は一切使わず、除草にも除草剤を使わず機械と手作業で行う等、できるだけオーガニックな桑を生産し、桑茶製造にあたっても単に緑茶製造プラントを導入することはせず、桑の加工に適したシステムをプラントメーカーと共同で研究し、導入しています。

顆粒スティックタイプの飲み方は、顆粒だと水に後から加えてもダマになりにくいので、外食の際にスティックを持ち歩いて、いただいたお冷にスティック１本分を加えて、軽く振って飲めるのが特徴です。
ペットボトルに入れて持ち歩きたい場合は、400ccにスティック２本が適量です。
ペットボトルで飲むときには軽く振ってから２～3回に分けて全量飲むようにしたら効果的です。

在2015年8月建成的自己的工厂里，可以加工粉末型桑茶了，而且还委托岩手县的工厂将粉末加工成颗粒状，然后以1g的重量分别装入棒状包装袋里，20袋装一盒在八户市销售。
　 因为是颗粒状，又是携带方便的包装，所以在外出就餐时，特别是遇到油腻的食物和甜点时，可以将它溶化进凉水或茶水里饮用。
